The pestilence is upon us! My 7th book, Nikolai the Penitent: A Novel of the Brotherhood of the Cross, is now under construction. I did a lot of research during the winter and let my imagination simmer, and now it's time to put the pedal to the metal. Here's a screenshot of the opening sentences.
